The commissioning managing director wanted to review his sales processes. As a “mystery shopper,” I introduced myself as a potential customer and went through the process. Result: redefinition of the process and halving of the duration; changes in the people involved; training

 


The works council of a company (from the group works council to the site works council) was about to be dissolved. The situation was resolved within 2.5 days and a conflict (unknown to one of the two parties to the dispute) was resolved at the same time.



At the annual conference of an international engineering group, the aim was to generate as much input as possible - with an emotional touch - from the managers who had travelled from all over the world. Planning and moderation of the workshop elements in English with over 250 participants.

An OEM wanted to find the underlying cause of the fact that there was too much qualitative rework on finished products. After the initial analysis by the internal management consultancy, my colleagues and I took over the project. From the project to the establishment of a new department, including the first months of defining all processes and collaboration.
