The works council of a company (from the group works council to the site works council) was about to be dissolved. The situation was resolved within 2.5 days and a conflict (unknown to one of the two parties to the dispute) was resolved at the same time.
At the annual conference of an international engineering group, the aim was to generate as much input as possible - with an emotional touch - from the managers who had travelled from all over the world. Planning and moderation of the workshop elements in English with over 250 participants.
